Host Cities Transport and Stadium Access
The City of Tshwane has planned a series of special services to supplement the regular transport provision in the city during the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup (FCC). A description of the local services and arrangements for accessing Loftus Versfeld stadium from across the Gauteng Province is set out below.

Metered taxis are available for conveying people on an ad hoc basis and charge for the distance traveled. These taxis are available at the main transport hubs, including OR Tambo International Airport (ORTIA), Lanseria International Airport and Pretoria Main Station. The typical cost of a metered taxi between OR Tambo and Pretoria is R450 (one way). For taxis to/from OR Tambo International Airport to Pretoria, call JIATA at +27 (0) 11 390 1502.
